How to read CSA View on your phone, and what lives in the GeekStrength customer portal — no fluff, just what you open and what each piece does.
Open geekstrength.com/sign-in. Use the username and password on your login card. After sign-in you land on CSA View — the phone board for Sites 12 · 19 · 28.
Add CSA View to your Home Screen (iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen) so it opens like an app. Use a private phone when you can. On a shared floor phone, tap Sign Out when you are done.
CSA View is read-only from the wash system. It does not change SiteWatch or NXT. It shows today’s numbers for the house sites, updating through the shift.
Sites are listed by today’s capture rate (highest first). Each site card shows a short KPI strip and a contribution chart — who sold memberships in roughly ten-minute buckets through the day.
The green WA button on a site card copies a short KPI pulse into WhatsApp so you can send it to a manager. It is a snapshot, not the system of record.
Day-to-date scoreboard across the house sites. Each row shows your name and today’s metrics — typically Detail $, Exp Int, and ARM. A personal-best mark can appear on a strong ARM day.
Ghost Sales is not a person. It is memberships the register recorded without a CSA name yet. It is there so the site total still adds up.
Try This
Open CSA View. Check Next Sync so you know when the board will move. Scan Sites by Cap Rate for your site’s Cap Rate and ARM. Scroll to CSA Ranking and find your name. Tap Pitch once so you know where the script lives before the next car.
Some Wash Masters logins are a site user account (not an individual CSA View login). Those open the GeekStrength portal first, then Open Wash Masters Dashboard for your assigned site(s). You get Daily and Performance — not Revenue or Site Compare.
CSA View stays the phone board for Sites 12 · 19 · 28. The full Daily board is the single-site scoreboard when your login is tied to one (or more) assigned sites.
Hover or long-press a number on the board for a short tip. Same ideas in plain language:
If retail is 0, capture shows 0.0%. The board’s red alert under 18% is an ops target on Sales Insights — not a field the POS invented.
Sales Insights is a one-way data street. It views what SiteWatch and NXT already recorded. It does not write back or change tickets, memberships, or sales in the register.
Most individual CSA logins go straight to CSA View. You still reach portal tools from the header (Pitch, Messages) or at geekstrength.com/portal when your login lands there.
On the portal, CSAs / site users typically see:
You will not see Fire TV setup, billing, Partner Book, Dev Support, or NXT Employee Sync on a normal CSA login. Those are for other roles.
Open Pitch from CSA View or the portal. Pick your site if you have more than one. Read top to bottom:
If your site still shows the starter script, that is the house default until a manager saves a custom version for that site.
Managers and operators who need the full Sales Insights board (Daily, Performance, Revenue, Site Compare) use the main Usage Guide.
